I was recently introduced to Bella Bathrooms and I wanted to write up a styling post about how I would create a calm but seriously cool room. I've realised that after so many years of blogging I haven't really spoken about bathrooms which seems a bit silly as I love spending time in mine getting squeaky clean and having a bit of a pamper.

I love dark walls especially midnight blue and grey tones but I would also think its a great idea adding lots of white tiles to balance the room out. My dream bathroom would have a freestanding bath, huge round mirror, brass accents and a Moroccan tiled floor. Continue reading to see my bathroom picks and find out where to shop to get this look.

I love how this Bella Bathrooms bath combines traditional and modern styles

You can't beat a subtlety patterned bath towel like this one from Anthropologie

One of my favourite scents is fir so I'm sure I'd love this soap

A natural brush is perfect for exfoliation, this one is from Labour and Wait

What's a bathroom without a candle? This one from Terrain looks lovely

This copper mirror / shelf would look great against dark walls

  1. I have vinyl floor tiles down in my bathroom at the moment (only took us 2.5 years to put a floor down - it was bare chipboard before that) and I'd love, love, love to put proper moroccan tiles down, but I'm just waiting until I find the best patterned vinyl tiles (hopefully they'll be more affordable and easy to lay).

  2. That copper mirror is amazing, very clever that you can use it as a shelf for pretty toiletries too!
